A special shout-out to service rep Sabesan Sagathevan. He has been my main contact each time I come in for service on my 2013 Soul. He always makes an effort to meet my tight schedule and even though always busy, finds time for a brief friendly chat. I had an appointment for a regular service on May 29. The day before, my windshield had cracked (flying pebble on freeway). I was worried about getting it fixed before an upcoming road trip, so I was in a bit of a panic when I arrived for the scheduled service, hoping I could get windshield fixed at same time. Sab assured me it would be possible and that he\'d try to get it finished early enough so that I wouldn\'t have to change my afternoon plans. Well, he outdid himself! I was just settling down at Starbucks when he called to say the car was ready - I hadn\'t even finished my coffee! Both routine service and windshield were done within a couple of hours. And on top of that Sab apologized that they couldn\'t wash the car ( so soon after windshield installation). A small price to pay for such efficient and friendly service! Thank you, Sab, and everyone at Kia Vancouver.
